Based on our philosophy of being “a unique company that combines growth and stability to create new value together with our customers,” we have been developing new services needed by our customers together with them.

In 1992, we started our business by operating a bidding for lease-up cars (cars that have reached the end of their lease period), and we developed a system to calculate the current and future value of cars by statistically analyzing big data of car transactions obtained from the bidding. Today, these systems for calculating car values are indispensable in automobile finance.

Specifically, our system plays an important role in calculating the residual value of loans with a set residual value, which are offered by finance companies affiliated with automobile manufacturers, and the residual value of operating leases, which are the specialty of auto leasing companies.

The term “residual value” is now an important keyword in the automobile distribution industry, beyond the framework of automobile finance. With the spread of residual value loans, the term “residual value” has become widely accepted by consumers who purchase cars. It is also used in sales activities when selling cars, for example, to stimulate replacement demand by showing changes in the “residual value.

In order to respond to these changes of the times, we have developed a system for calculating the value of the “asset” called a car, and are developing new services specialized in various fields.

And we will continue to contribute to the creation of value for our clients by making full use of our resources.
